Martins Bankole is a versatile professional with a background in psychology, healthcare, and agriculture. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has several years of healthcare experience, including work in the Mental Health Department of a Federal Government hospital in Nigeria and service as an Orthopedic Technician. Alongside his professional career, Martins has maintained a lifelong interest in agriculture. From an early age, he developed hands-on experience in goat farming, poultry, piggery, and plant cultivation. As Director of Farm Infrastructure and Operations at the Black Farmers Network (BFN), he brings together his practical agricultural experience, professional discipline, and commitment to service. He is passionate about community development, agriculture, continuous learning, professionalism, and the promotion of strong cultural values. He continues to apply his diverse experience toward supporting practical farm operations and making a meaningful contribution to BFN and the wider community.
